Policy initiatives are bringing "real-world scenarios" for embodied intelligence to the forefront: Ruiwei Technology enters a validation window for its scenario-first strategy.
On August 28, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) sent a significant signal regarding the robotics industry during its regular press conference. The industry is urged to pursue healthy and orderly development tailored to local conditions, avoiding blind跟风 (bandwagon effects) and rushed entry. Meanwhile, policy focus for the next phase has been clearly directed toward embodied intelligence training facilities, pilot-scale application bases, high-quality real-world machine data, and the opening of authentic operational scenarios. This move is not intended to cool down the sector, but rather to shift support toward practical, effective measures that deliver tangible results, advancing from technical demonstrations to continuous iteration within actual production processes. As policy orientation shifts, capital markets are simultaneously adjusting valuations.
Interview with Zhan Donghui, Chairman of RayWee Technology: Full commercialization of humanoid robots is still a decade away; a blind pursuit of general-purpose capabilities risks failure on the eve of the industry's boom.
Sina Technology News, evening report on August 28: Recently, RayWee Technology, listed in Hong Kong as the "first stock for visual embodied intelligence," signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shanghai Industrial Investment Technology. The two parties will jointly build the Hong Kong Embodied Intelligence Super Accelerator, engage in deep collaboration around the embodied intelligence industrial ecosystem, integrate capital, technology, platforms, and global resources, and work together to promote industrial implementation and international expansion. It is reported that, as a strategic partner, RayWee Technology will deeply participate in the construction of the Super Accelerator. Leveraging its technological and product advantages in the field of embodied intelligent robots, it will collaborate with upstream and downstream partners in the industrial chain to build a full-chain industrial ecosystem spanning from technology origination and product R&D to scenario implementation.
