Worldwide Holdings (08003) plans to issue 32 million new shares at a discount of approximately 2.6%, raising about HK$2.4 million.

Shida Holdings (08003) announced that on June 22, 2026, the Company intends to allot and issue a total of 32 million new shares to the subscriber, Mr. Hou Yong, representing approximately 9.63% of the Company’s existing issued share capital as of the date of this announcement and approximately 8.78% of the Company’s enlarged issued share capital following the issuance of the subscription shares. The subscription price is HK$0.075 per subscription share, representing a discount of approximately 2.6% to the closing price of HK$0.077 per share on June 22. The Directors believe the subscription provides an opportunity to raise funds for the Group’s business operations and broaden the Company’s shareholder base. The gross proceeds from the subscription are expected to amount to approximately HK$2.4 million, which will be used as working capital for the Group.

Shida Holdings (08003) announced that the group expects to achieve a consolidated net profit attributable to the company's owners of approximately HKD 37 million for the six months ended September 30, 2025, compared to a consolidated net loss attributable to the company's owners of approximately HKD 2.5 million for the same period last year. This is mainly attributed to the completion of the sale of a subsidiary on September 30, 2025.
