Great World Company Holdings Ltd primarily engages in mineral resource exploration and extraction, iron ore mining and refining, as well as real estate projects in China. In 2007, Ms. Wu Meiqi acquired controlling interest in Great World Holdings and assumed the role of Group Chairman, bringing in a management team with extensive investment expertise and professional experience. Under her leadership, the new management has adopted a pragmatic approach as the guiding principle for the Group's development strategy and investment priorities. As the Group sought to expand its business portfolio by pursuing diverse opportunities, it changed its corporate name to "Great World Company Holdings Ltd" on November 5, 2008, and simultaneously adopted the new Chinese name "Shida Holdings Limited," underscoring its commitment to diversified business growth. At the Extraordinary General Meeting held on December 24, 2008, the acquisition of a 51% equity stake in Fengshan County Qianxing Mining Co., Ltd. was approved. Subsequently, in January 2011, the Group successfully completed the acquisition of the remaining 49% equity interest, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. This strategic move enabled the Group to enter the mining and iron ore sales sectors, marking one of its key initiatives to diversify into the mineral resources industry. This new mining venture, which holds long-term investment value, not only broadens the Group's revenue streams but also contributes to its overall growth. At the Extraordinary General Meeting held on April 27, 2011, the acquisition of 100% equity interest in Lingfeng Zhihui Holdings Co., Ltd. was approved, granting the Group ownership of a mixed-use commercial-residential property located in the central urban area of Leshan City, Sichuan Province, China. This acquisition supports the Group's efforts to develop real estate projects across China.
