Shentong Robot Education Group Co., Ltd. ("Shentong Robot Education," stock code: 8206) has served as the domestic promotion and management service provider for the Shentong Card since 2010 and has continuously sought opportunities for business expansion. On May 16, 2016, following the Company's completion of a wholly owned acquisition of the Heilongjiang Province service provider for the National Robotics Competition, its operations were officially expanded into the broader field of robotics education in China. The Company's primary business development focus is now on the Chinese robotics education sector. In addition, its business also encompasses robotics competitions and the promotion and management of the "Shentong Card." On September 9, 2016, the Company changed its English name from "China Communication Telecom Services Company Limited" to "Shentong Robot Education Group Company Limited" and adopted the Chinese name "Shentong Robot Education Group Co., Ltd." to replace the previous name "Shentong Telecom Services Co., Ltd." This new name will help establish a more appropriate corporate image and identity for the Company, thereby further supporting the Group's business development.
