According to a filing disclosed by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 1, Shandong Boke Zhongsheng Technology Co., Ltd. purchased an additional 370,000 domestic shares of Zhongsheng Beikong Biotechnology (08247.HK) off-exchange on February 25 at an average price of RMB 4.35 per share (all amounts in RMB unless otherwise stated), for a total value of approximately RMB 1.6095 million. Following this transaction, Shandong Boke Zhongsheng Technology Co., Ltd.’s total holdings increased to 31,678,600 shares, raising its beneficial ownership stake from 38.93% to 39.39%.
