As of the date of this announcement, the company’s actual outstanding guarantee balance for its majority-owned subsidiaries amounted to RMB 14.354 billion, all within the approved limits. The company’s approved external guarantee limit stands at no more than RMB 35.65 billion, representing 78.97% of its most recently audited net assets; the total outstanding external guarantees amount to RMB 23.584 billion.
