It estimates BYD’s second-quarter net profit will rebound from the low base in the first quarter to RMB 9 billion (hereinafter the same), corresponding to sales volume of 1.1 million vehicles, a 58% sequential increase driven by a 68% quarter-on-quarter rise in domestic sales and a 47% quarter-on-quarter increase in overseas sales.
