Yankuang Energy (01171.HK) announced that the company received a notice yesterday (20th) from its controlling shareholder, Shandong Energy, stating that on the same day (20th), Shandong Energy acquired 997,790 A-shares of the company for the first time via the centralized bidding system of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, representing approximately 0.01% of the company's total share capital, at a total cost of RMB 20.234 million.
