ICBC Sells 40 Billion Yuan of Undated Bonds
Industrial And Commercial Bank Of China (01398.HK) has completed the issuance of 40 billion yuan of perpetual capital bonds.
Gelonghui reported on May 13 that the Industrial And Commercial Bank Of China (01398.HK) announced that the 2025 perpetual capital Bonds (Phase I) have recently been fully issued in the national interbank bond market. This batch of bonds was book built on May 9, 2025, and the issuance was completed on May 13, 2025. The issuance scale of this batch of bonds is 40 billion yuan, with a coupon rate of 1.97% for the first five years, adjusted every five years, and with the issuer's conditional redemption right attached on each interest payment date from the fifth year onwards.
