Markets rebounded with volatility in the morning session, led by gains in the ChiNext Index. The combined turnover of Shanghai and Shenzhen markets reached RMB 1.68 trillion in the first half of the day, down RMB 75.2 billion from the previous trading day. Market hotspots rotated rapidly, with more than 3,000 stocks declining across the market. In terms of sectors, the PCB concept surged, with over ten constituent stocks hitting their daily trading limits. Baoding Technology rose for five out of six days, Huazheng New Materials gained for three out of four days, Jingwang Electronic secured a second consecutive daily limit, and Nordea and Ouke Technology also reached their daily trading limits. The innovative drug concept strengthened sharply, with Baihua Pharmaceutical achieving a fourth straight daily limit; Harbin Gloria and Asymchem recorded two daily limits in four days; and Hayao Group, Hisun Pharmaceutical, and Yaokang Biology all hit their daily trading limits. The rare earth permanent magnet sector performed actively, with China Rareearth reaching its daily limit. The 6G concept continued its strong performance, with Wuhan Finguo posting a second consecutive daily limit and Tongyu Communications rising for four out of five days. On the downside, the information security sector underwent broad corrections, with NSFOCUS, Rennex, Feitian Technologies, and Tiantong Information all declining significantly. As of the midday close, the Shanghai Composite Index rose 0.49%, the Shenzhen Component Index gained 1.31%, and the ChiNext Index advanced 1.75%.
