Gelonghui January 7 | According to the Science and Technology Daily, it was learned from the Wuhai High-tech Industrial Development Zone in Inner Mongolia that a 200 MW/800 MWh semi-solid-state energy storage power station in Wuhai City has been officially connected to the grid for operation. This is China's largest semi-solid-state lithium battery independent new-type energy storage project on the grid side in terms of installed capacity. The project, invested and constructed by China Green Development Investment Group Co., Ltd., covers an area of approximately 100 mu with a total investment of 600 million yuan. It is the first large-scale energy storage project in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to adopt semi-solid-state lithium iron phosphate battery technology.
