HSBC HK stated that the service was temporarily affected due to a technical glitch. Meanwhile, PayMe, HSBC’s e-wallet subsidiary, indicated, 'Due to ongoing system maintenance, the top-up service for HSBC bank accounts may be temporarily suspended.'
