The company was established in 1988 as a joint venture between the Shanghai Instrument Bureau and Shanghai Bell Company. It is the first Sino-foreign joint venture in the domestic integrated circuit industry. The company was restructured and listed in September 1998, making it the first listed company in the domestic integrated circuit industry. Shanghai Beiling is an integrated circuit design company providing analog and digital-analog hybrid integrated circuits and system solutions. The company's products cover the three major product areas of power management, signal chain products and power devices. During the reporting period, the company's BLAD16Q125ADC product won the “Technology Innovation Award” in the “2nd Integrated Circuit Industry Technology Innovation Award” evaluation organized by the Integrated Circuit Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, and the company's first domestic 4-channel 16-bit 125 MS/SADC product won the title of “Major Innovation Breakthrough Product of the Year” at the 14th “China Chip” Integrated Circuit Industry Promotion Conference in 2019.
