Gelonghui, June 5 — Hangxiao Steel Structure Co., Ltd. (SHA: 600477) announced that, in light of the operational and developmental needs of Lankao Hangxiao, the company intends to increase its investment in Lankao Hangxiao by RMB 72 million using its own funds. The minority shareholders of Lankao Hangxiao, namely Lankao County Urban Construction Investment and Development Co., Ltd. and Mr. Cai Zhiheng, have waived their preemptive rights to subscribe for the aforementioned capital increase. Following this capital increase, the registered capital of Lankao Hangxiao will be increased from RMB 178 million to RMB 250 million, and the company’s equity interest in Lankao Hangxiao will rise from 85.5955% prior to the capital increase to 89.7440%. Lankao Hangxiao will remain a majority-owned subsidiary of the company.
