About Tengda Construction Group Company

The company's predecessor was Huangyan Municipal Engineering Company. In August 1995, it was approved by the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government, and the company passed the restructuring of the former Huangyan Municipal Engineering Company. This was the first joint stock company in Zhejiang Province funded by a natural person and the only joint stock company established with the approval of the provincial people's government.
