Gelonghui, May 26 — Jiangxi Changyun Co., Ltd. (SHA: 600561) announced that, due to urban planning and construction requirements, the People's Government of Wannian County has decided to reclaim the land use rights and above-ground structures of Wannian Bus Station, an asset owned by the company’s wholly owned subsidiary Shangrao Automotive Transport Group Co., Ltd., located on the west side of Wansheng Avenue in Chenying Town, Wannian County. According to the summary of the Standing Committee Meeting Minutes of the Wannian County People's Government (Issue No. 59), Shangrao Automotive Transport Group Co., Ltd. intends to sign a 'Land Reclamation Agreement' with the Wannian County Bureau of Natural Resources. The Bureau plans to compensate at RMB 21.845 million, referencing the asset valuation results, for the land use rights of Wannian Bus Station.
