After its establishment, the company acquired securities assets such as the Securities Sales Department and the Securities Service Department of the former Henan Securities in accordance with the opening approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The main business is securities brokerage business, credit business, futures business, investment banking business, investment management business, proprietary trading business, and overseas business.
