About Ningbo Construction Company

The company's predecessor was Ningbo Construction Engineering Company, founded in July 1951, and has a development history of nearly 70 years. In 2001/12, the company took the lead among similar state-owned construction enterprises in Zhejiang Province to complete the state-owned enterprise restructuring. On October 15, 2019, Ningbo Trading became the largest shareholder of Ningbo Construction Engineering, and the Ningbo Municipal State-owned Assets Administration Commission became the actual controller of Ningbo Construction Engineering. The main business is surveying, design, construction, and installation of housing construction projects, construction of municipal roads and bridges, landscaping, urban rail transit, building decoration, design and construction of building curtain walls, and the production and sale of ready-mixed commercial concrete and cement prefabricated components. Company honors include the 6th place in Ningbo's “Top 20 Real Estate and Construction Taxpayers”, “Zhejiang Advanced Construction Industry Enterprise”, and “Zhejiang Advanced Construction Industry COVID-19 Prevention and Control Unit”.
