The company was founded in December 2009 and listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in April 2018. At the beginning of the establishment of the company, its main business was FPD LCD panel precision processing business, and its products were mainly used in the smart display industry. Since its launch in 2018, the company began a commercialization transformation strategy. Based on the company's industry-leading core material development processes such as glass-based copper plating metallization process, TGV massive through-hole, and CPI/PI film materials, the company expanded its main business from traditional glass finishing business to next-generation semiconductor displays (mini/microLED backlight/direct display), semiconductor packaging, CPI/PI film materials, etc., with the aim of turning the company into a new material technology enterprise. The company is mainly engaged in optoelectronic glass fine processing business, backlighting and display modules, automotive display touch modules, high-end optical film die-cutting, and advanced glass-based semiconductor packaging boards.
