Gelonghui, November 26th - Fengshan Group (603810.SH) announced that, in view of the fact that Jinjiang Feiyu Xiyu Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Jinjiang Feiyu") has exited its investment projects and distributed exit proceeds of RMB 63,893,663 to the company, Jinjiang Feiyu held a partners' meeting on November 25, 2025. All partners unanimously agreed to reduce the total capital contribution of Jinjiang Feiyu from RMB 217,510,000 to RMB 3,455,147. The company's capital contribution will be reduced from RMB 50,000,000 to RMB 794,248.
