[Major Brokerage] JPMorgan: Xiaomi (01810.HK) Launch Event Impressive; Pengcheng Series Pricing Offers Positive Surprise; Maintains "Neutral" Rating
JPMorgan issued a research report stating that Xiaomi (01810.HK) has officially launched four extended-range electric SUVs in its Pengcheng series, priced at approximately RMB 210,000 to RMB 300,000. This pricing is lower than the previously announced presale prices, which JPMorgan views as a positive surprise, while also reflecting the intense competition in China's electric vehicle market. The initial batch secured over 10,000 firm orders within four minutes, underperforming compared to the YU7 (122,000 units in two minutes) but outperforming the SU7 revised edition (15,000 units in 34 minutes).
