Gelonghui, May 14 | Changyuan Lithium Co., Ltd. announced that Jinchi Energy Materials Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, recently received a “Notice on Tax Matters” issued by the Inspection Bureau of the Changsha Municipal Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation. After self-inspection, the company's subsidiary Jinchi Energy needed to pay a total of 60.2577 million yuan in value-added tax, corporate income tax and other related taxes from 2021 to 2023, and a total of 11.803 million yuan in late fees.
