Yihe Holdings (01662.HK) announced that, following the completion of the subscription for shares in Trio AI Limited, a leading artificial intelligence infrastructure service provider in Hong Kong last month, the company has been incorporated as a non-wholly owned subsidiary of the group and delivered its first positive outcome. Trio AI has achieved multiple business breakthroughs, securing contracts with clients across various industries including artificial intelligence software suppliers, AI research, digital enterprise solutions, smart building technologies, and electronic manufacturing services to provide them with services. Yihe Holdings stated that after completing the subscription for Trio AI, it officially embarked on a dual-driven strategy of 'construction engineering × AI computing power.'
