The Company was established in Hong Kong on September 3, 1997, and listed on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) and Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (“Hong Kong Stock Exchange”) on October 22 and 23, 1997, respectively. The Company's stock became a constituent stock of the Hong Kong Hang Seng Index on January 27, 1998. The New York Stock Exchange submitted Form 25 to the US Securities and Exchange Commission on May 7, 2021, and the delisting of the Company's American Depositary Shares took effect on May 18, 2021. On January 5, 2022, the Company's RMB common shares (“RMB shares” or “A shares”) were listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (“Shanghai Stock Exchange”). On June 19, 2023, the Company added RMB counter trading for shares listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (“Hong Kong Shares”). The company's main business covers connectivity services such as mobile voice, short MMS, wireless Internet, wired broadband, and the Internet of Things, computing power services such as data centers, cloud computing, content distribution networks, and computing network integration, as well as platforms, applications and solutions based on next-generation information technology capabilities such as artificial intelligence, big data, and security.
