AAC Tech (02018.HK) increased its shareholding in optical shares by HKD 0.236 billion.
AAC Tech (02018.HK) announced that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Rui Sheng Investment, bought 60.1764 million and 35.1029 million shares of optical stock from Shenzhen Hui You and Nanjing Huarui, respectively, equivalent to approximately 0.889% and 0.5186% of the total shares of optical stock, involving approximately RMB 0.149 billion and 87 million. After completion, Shenzhen Hui You and Nanjing Hua Rui will no longer hold any optical shares, and Chenrui Optics will be jointly held by Rui Sheng Consulting, Rui Sheng Hong Kong, and Rui Sheng Investment, indirectly holding approximately 89.6696%; Chenrui Optics' stock-based incentive holding platform holds 2%; Chenrui Optics.
