Azeus Systems Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company. The principal activities of the Group are the provision of IT services and cloud-based subscription services of its software products. The Group has two operating segments which are the provision of professional IT Services and the sale and licensing of its proprietary products (Azeus Products). Majority revenue comes from Azeus Products Segment which includes Product licensing, Product service, Systems implementation and enhancement, and Maintenance and support services. Majority of revenue comes from Product licensing. It has presence in Hong Kong and Asia, United Kingdom and Europe, Middle East, Africa, Australia and New Zealand, North America and South America. Majority of revenue comes from Hong Kong and Asia.
