The Commercial Arrangement Area segment focuses on PM3 CAA, located within the CAA between Malaysia and Vietnam. The United Kingdom segment consists of the Anasuria Area, the Marigold Area, and all located offshore in the UK Continental Shelf. The Australia segment operates in the VIC/RL17 for the West Seahorse field and investment in 3D Oil. The Vietnam segment contains Block 46 the producing Cai Nuoc field and the undeveloped Hoa Mai field. The Investment Holding and Group Activities segment is involved in the investments in companies owning and operating oil and gas concessions, and provision of project management, technical and other services relating to the oil and gas exploration, and production industry. The company was founded on December 5, 2007 and is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
