IBM Reveals the Missing Step That Will Make AI Smarter
Oppenheimer notes a robust start to the earnings season for S&P 500 companies.
According to a report by Oppenheimer Asset Management, the initial batch of S&P 500 companies have reported their quarterly earnings, indicating a solid start to this quarter. The report stated that approximately 46 companies, accounting for 9% of the large-cap index’s constituents, have released their results, with year-over-year earnings and revenue growth of about 32% and 13%, respectively. Oppenheimer noted that FactSet had forecasted annual earnings growth of 12.6% prior to the earnings season. John Stoltzfus, Chief Investment Strategist at Oppenheimer Asset Management, remarked.
