Glonghui, April 22 | Australian financial group Macquarie Group said on Monday that its banking and financial services departments will stop issuing new car loans through direct sales, brokerage and contract leasing channels to prioritize the development of housing loans and deposit businesses. Macquarie said that car loan applications submitted through the above channels must be settled by May 17.
