关于芝加哥期权交易所公司
芝加哥期权交易所（Chicago Board Options Exchange, CBOE）成立于1973年4月26日，是由芝加哥期货交易所（Chicago Board of Trade, CBOT）的会员所组建。在此之前，期权在美国只是少数交易商之间的场外买卖。CBOE建立了期权的交易市场，推出标准化合约，使期权交易产生革命性的变化。芝加哥期权交易所正式成立，标志着期权交易进入了标准化、规范化的全新发展阶段。芝加哥期权交易所先后推出了股票的买权（Call Options）和卖权（Put Options）都取得了成功。
