Zhengwei Group (02147.HK) has completed the placement of 11.2 million shares.

Gelonghui January 22丨Zhengwei Group (02147.HK) announced that the board is pleased to declare that all conditions stipulated in the placement agreement have been fulfilled, and the completion of the placement has been finalized on January 22, 2026, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement. Pursuant to the placement agreement, 11.2 million placement shares (equivalent to approximately 16.67% of the company’s issued share capital as of the date of this announcement, enlarged by the allotment and issuance of the placement shares) have been placed by the placement agent with no fewer than six placees at a placement price of HKD 0.8 per share under the terms and conditions of the placement agreement.

Gelonghui, January 21st丨Zhengwei Group (02147.HK) announced that the English name of the company's auditor has been changed from "SFAI(HK) CPA Limited" to "ZSZH(HK) Fuson CPA Limited", and the Chinese name has been changed from "Yongtuo Fuxin Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd." to "Zhongshen Zhonghuan (Hong Kong) Fuxin Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd.", effective from January 9, 2026.
