Mabion-B (02181) announced that the new drug application (NDA) for its pipeline product CMAB807 Prolia (denosumab injection) has recently been approved by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) of the People's Republic of China for the treatment of: (i) osteoporosis in postmenopausal women at high risk of fracture, in whom the product significantly reduces the risk of vertebral, non-vertebral, and hip fractures; (ii) osteoporosis in men at high risk of fracture; and (iii) glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis in patients at high risk of fracture.
As the ASCO annual meeting approaches, the number of LBA for domestically innovative drugs has reached a new high, with three key investment themes worth noting.
