Gelonghui, May 29 — China New Retail Supply Chain (03928.HK) announced its interim results for the six months ended March 31, 2026. The Group’s revenue decreased by approximately 49.0% year-on-year to SGD 16.3 million; the Group swung from a net profit of approximately SGD 0.4 million in the first half of fiscal year 2025 to a net loss of approximately SGD 5.6 million in the first half of fiscal year 2026; basic loss per share was 1.15 Singapore cents. The decline in the Group’s net profit in the first half of fiscal year 2026 compared to the same period in fiscal year 2025 was primarily attributable to the following factors: (i) a one-off wharf demolition project under the Singapore building construction business, which involved complex project characteristics

Gelonghui, May 13th丨China New Retail Supply Chain (03928.HK), based on the preliminary review of the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the six months ended March 31, 2026 ("the reporting period") and the information currently available to the Board, the Company expects to record a net loss of no more than SGD 6 million during the reporting period, compared to a net profit of approximately SGD 410,000 for the six months ended March 31, 2025 ("the prior reporting period"). The Board believes that the anticipated net loss for the reporting period is mainly due to (i) a one-off wharf demolition project within the construction business of buildings in Singapore.
