Antengene-B (06996): IND for ATG-201 (CD19×CD3 TCE) for the treatment of autoimmune diseases approved in China
Antengene Corporation-B (06996) announced that the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) of China has approved the Investigational New Drug (IND) application for ATG-201, a CD19/CD3 bispecific T-cell engager antibody for the treatment of B-cell-mediated autoimmune diseases, to proceed with a Phase I clinical study. Antengene plans to promptly initiate and advance the Phase I study in China and is also preparing for the clinical development of ATG-201 in Australia.
