Fueled by the artificial intelligence boom, foreign investors have bought Japanese equities for the eighth consecutive week.

The technology sector attracted substantial investment following NVIDIA’s forecast last week of surging demand for its flagship AI chips. SoftBank Group, a major investor in artificial intelligence, saw its share price surge last week.
